Day-to-day operations will continue without interruption. Spell Capital is a Minneapolis-based investment firm that partners with values-driven businesses to support long-term growth and stability. They're not involved in the day-to-day management of the business. Their role is to provide the financial foundation so M&O can keep investing in our people, our operations, and most importantly, our customer and vendor relationships.
