How it works

Here's a step-by-step explanation of our process from your initial discovery call to getting your first order. 

Initial Dimensional Product Meeting 

We will meet with you to discuss your product requirements & any questions our development team might have. We'll also review or request any additional documentation that is needed to accurately produce and quote a program for this product. 

Document Submission & Price Estimate

Once we receive your specs and other documents, we will curate a custom price estimate for your program. If the price doesn't reflect what you were hoping for we will work with you to redefine any production requirements and find the best solution for your needs.  

Product Development

Once the pricing estimate has been accepted, we will develop the product in house and send your first trial order of the product. 

Quality Check & Control

Once the first order has been received and reviewed, we will meet with you and your team again to see how the material worked in your processes. Any revisions that need to be made to the specs will be noted and changed. 

Off to the Races

We will continue to produce your products according to the program requirements. As issues develop or opportunities arise, the program can be revised to ensure you're getting the best product for your processes.

Here are the answers to some common questions our customers had before they started.

Is the product development process always the same for every company?

How we help develop products can vary depending on the needs of our customers. If a variance to our general process fits your needs better we would gladly adjust. 

Will I need to pay for the first trial order?

Due to the nature of our business, we typically require a full truckload volume order to be paid for by the customer.

If a smaller sample is required for your needs, we can look into options for producing a pallet or smaller volume test for the program.

Pricing and payment terms for each order (small sample or full truck load) will be decided upon between both parties and subject to the program parameters. 

Do you make the products on demand or stock them?

We provide a multitude of options for your production needs.

We typically produce products on demand for our customers as orders are placed. However, for customers with varying volume needs and quick lead time demands, we offer different stocking program options.

Can I add additional products to the program?

We are always open to adding additional products to your program. Though not everything is possible, we are willing to look into developing products and programs for anything you would like us to provide for you. 

I'm an international company, can I take advantage of this program?

We provide our dimensional services to over 30 countries outside the USA, and the list is still growing. We'd love to see how we can help!
